1. Check before startup:
1.1 check whether all pipelines, fittings, bolts and circuit wiring are ready.
1.2 check whether the sealing conditions of all pipe joints meet the requirements.
1.3 fully open the gas return valve and liquid suction valve on the storage tank, and check whether the suction pressure of the plunger pump is greater than 0.02MPa and less than 1.0pa.
2 start up:
2.1 according to the precooling process of the plunger pump, open and close the valve on the pipeline, and slowly cool the pump.
2.2 when the precooling is completed (the cooling time is about 5 minutes), open the valve on the pipeline and start the pump according to the CNG filling process.
2.3 check whether the pump starts normally. Normal start-up work, there will be the following phenomena: 1) a pump discharge pipe began to frost. 2) The soft sound can be heard to prove that the inlet and outlet valves of the pump are working. 3) The pressure gauge on the discharge line will show the increasing pressure.
2.4 after the pump runs for about 2000 hours, in order to ensure that the crosshead, sliding sleeve and connecting rod have a longer service life, the rotation direction of the motor can be changed.
2.5 if the last row of warps of the vaporizer frosts, or the pipeline from the vaporizer to the gas storage bottle frosts, or the outlet temperature of the vaporizer is - 5 ℃
If the flow rate of the carburetor has exceeded the gasification capacity of the carburetor, the pump should be stopped immediately and another set of equipment should be switched to use.
2.6 if the pump makes an abnormal sound, indicating that excessive pressure is formed in the pressure pipeline, stop the pump immediately and find out the cause.
3 stop the pump:
3.1 after the completion of normal filling, click the stop button on the operation column to stop the output of frequency converter and close the inlet valve of pump and vaporizer
Open the liquid outlet vent valve of the pump to discharge the residual liquid, and open the return valve at the same time.
3.2 if there is a fault in the system, the motor power supply of the pump shall be cut off first, and the pump shall be stopped. After the fault is eliminated, the pump shall be restarted.
